Good new and bad news...

Yup, embarrassingly, one more final delay, but we see the light at the end of the tunnel. None of these delays have to do with the ruler per se, just documentation, web site, ordering logistics, etc. No matter, I regret that this has dragged on so long. We will be accepting orders and shipping from stock on Tuesday, Sept 14.

Also, the LensAlign MkII will be available, packaged with the Long Ruler as the LensAlign MkII Plus. Same ship date as above.

Updates: LensAlign Long Ruler & Instant JPEG from RAW

Hi,

1 - We are happy to annouce that we plan to ship the LensAlign Long Ruler Kit for the MkII beginning Wed, Sept 15. We plan to have the ability to pre-order Monday Sept. 13. We have missed our promised ship dates several times, and we apologize and thank you for your patience. The ruler is great. 2.5 feet and collapsable for travel and shipping!

2 - Our fantastic Instant JPEG from RAW (IJFR) free utility has been updated for use in the new Mac OS 10.7 (Lion). This will be posted shortly. This new version will work with OSX 10.6 and later.

Hi,

All products are in stock and shipping same day as usual. All of the web problems from last week have been resolved. 

Also, we are still on track to ship the MkII Long Ruler this month. Stay tuned for details. All current owners of the MkII will qualify for the "current owner" discount for the ruler.

We are back home after Photoshop World Expo

Hi,

Great to see all of you who stopped by at PhotoshopWorld this during the week. We had a great show and are now back, settling in. All orders placed this week will ship today (Saturday), and all Help Desk inquiries will be answer by tonight (Staurday), as well.

Thanks for your kind patience. We are now shipping from stock as our third production run is coming off the line. Orders generally ship same day if placed before 12 Noon EST (Florida, USA). We ship via US Postal system Priority Mail which is about $6USD within the US and about $14 outside of the US. Express Mail shipments are also available. Thanks again.
