Off to New York City
Sun, August 23, 2009 at 4:57 AM We are taking an R&D trip to NYC to meet with several companies and dealers to discuss LensAlign and the issues of focus (or lack of focus) with industry leaders.
Our skeleton crew here in Florida should be able to keep things running, but if emails, phone calls or shipments are a bit on the slow side, the trip may be affecting them. But hopefully all will go on as usual.
We will be back next week (Aug 31), and LensAlign LITES should be back in stock by then as well.

BTW...I am looking forward to shooting in NYC again. It has been a few years and Grand Central Terminal is calling me!

I haven't got back from you after several emails regarding the exchange of my defect card.... I sent you the picture you requested 12 days ago, but no words so far.... I wish your trip was the cause of the delay response. It's too bad you treat the customers this way...

As you already know we contacted you a few days ago, before I am seeing this comment post. We did "lose" your request in the shuffle, and as we already mailed to you, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. Your replacement card was shipped to you on Sept 1 as noted in our email. Sorry for our slip in customer service (it even happens to us!) and thanks for your patience and understanding..
